Our products are services and efforts provided to those who request them and depend on pre-ordering, therefore there are no tangible products subject to exchange and return, but order cancellation is accepted as shown below: Order cancellations are accepted if they have not been started or begun to be executed, and a cancellation request must be submitted before that through the communication channels on the website or via contact numbers or through the cancellation feature that appears before changing the order status to "In Progress." Changing the order status to "In Progress" means starting to work on the order and completing part of it or completing the entire order. You cannot cancel any order that has started to be fulfilled, whether the entire completion or part of it, and we are committed to completing the work and delivering it within the agreed period. When receiving and approving the cancellation request from us, we will refund the order price only via bank transfer to an account bearing the same name as the customer within 7 working days. Please note that the amount will be refunded minus electronic payment fees of 2.5% of the order value plus 1 Saudi Riyal.
